I was going to say that. I just slightly breathe in as it's going to growl and slight tense my stomach But your guide is how to prevent it happening in the first place, nice guide

 

U just eat small portions with the breaks that will avoid it.

 

I flex my stomach and this usually stops it from growling.

I don't think its embarassing.

 

Growling stomach is embrassing... I did that once in my class and my teacher released the class for Canteen break.

So growling stomach isn't all that bad! Haha!

 

I always get hungry in class, so thats why I always have a few snacks in my bag haha.

 

Water usually worked for me.

 

If, on the rare occasion, it happens to me, I just cough or make some other noise that suprasses the growling, haha

 

I think everyone knows that your stomach growls because you are hungry. I knew that when I was about 5 or so. At class I think for some people it's just unavoidable, the ones that don't or can't afford to eat all day at school. Sure, eating is the solution, but we all know that

 

stomach doesnt always growl because its hungry, sometimes its because of what you eat. If its not because you are hungry, you should try to avoid dairy products and things with high acidic content. OJ citrus fruits etc.

Drinking liquids helps me only for around 15mins, then it starts growling again.

I eat when my stomach growls in class. I don't live in a fuckin' nazi germany, i can eat in class.

 

My classmates make a lot of noise so it doesn't get heard.
