    Paypal Name Change
    Hey guys, I would like to ask if I can change my Paypal Account's name by just sending PayPal some valid government Ids? I got 125$ limited and want to lift it. My mom is going to help me, but our names doesn't match.

    Btw, I'll be sending my mom's government identifications.
