Paypal Limited

I got $125 on PayPal and it got limited for more than 180 days and I got an e-mail that I can withdraw it already.

I don't have a credit card or bank account, and the name on that account isn't my real name. My parents also don't want to help me. Plus I can't call them because they don't have an office here in the Philippines.

Can anyone help me? I heard some guys are helping people who's limited. Please shoot me a pm or add my MSN.

You could buy a Prepaid CC, I have read that they work but please don't take my word on that. If that fails Im pretty sure you can register for a credit card online I know you can in aus then they send you details although I am unsure about the Philippines.

 

Fake name/underage/no cc or bank/non-us means you essentially can't get more screwed. Your best bet is to wait the 180 days and then spend it asap.

 

Request that they mail you a check.

 

If all else fails, spend the money on something you want that accepts paypal, like eBay

 

It's been like 220 days. I thought after the 180 days I can spend it. It's still limited and can't spend anything :/

After 180 days you can withdraw your money so do that either put it into a bank account or request a check, you still won't be able to send or receive money on your paypal account.

 

I cant do any of those. Am I fucked?
