    How can i fix this ?
    log out and log in again, switch from safe mode to back to regular, or just go to safe mode, switch from high graphic settings to low. try those

    Logged in logged out nothing happens and i also have it on my other laptop (difrent internet also)

    How can i fix this ?
    Delete the Jagex cache folder internally.

    Computer > C: > Users > Owner > Jagex cache > RuneScape - Delete the "LIVE" folder.

    How can i fix this ?
    It's a glitch when playing on safe-mode. Nothing more, change your graphics settings, or just put up with it until it's fixed.

    Did you delete both the Jagexcache LIVE folders, did you reset your browser after you were done?

    Are you using a Mac?

    Just get off safe mode lol. It's to prevent bots I think, because you must have safe mode on. Silly jacmob
