Runescape clan recruiting section.

I dont like the main forums. It would be nice to team up with the sythe community and not have to hide your true self like botting etc. You can make pure clan section main etc. Thanks

 

There isn't enough clans trying to actively recruit on Sythe, unless you are a dice clan.

 

I think that you wold have better results on the Official Forum.

 

Trust me this is what sythe is missing. Look at ko4life it was like this but blew up when they added clan section. It will draw in new people and having a dice clan section will be very active here. Please consider it. This is what sythe is missing. - zero

Meaning dice go to clan section. What do you mean no support? Thats ok dont want support from a 12 year old who is more sensitive than a newborn.

 

You joined this month, how do you know what Sythe is missing? I can guarantee you that if a recruiting section was added, we would not see an influx of new members like you say. There is already a dicing section, but I really can't see normal clan recruitments too popular.

 

People Dont like the official forums. Whats the point in saying people wont come when for all you know 100's could flock over just like in ko4life. people like underground forums like sythe. yet my friends are telling me that they wish sythe had clan discussions and forum topics. I really do believe that sythe is Missing something. It does not matter if i joined a month ago or today. In fact my opinion should be the most important because im new. This is what newcomers think when they come here. Good market section with a lack of clan community. I really think somebody mature should read this and agree that this could indeed spark new life into sythe. I have been playing mmos for 13 years and im age 25. I think i know what im talking about.

You suggest something. and the people who reply need to decide if they support or don't. then when i say no support. you are all but hurt. that's the point of this forum. then again you know nothing about it.

 

I know more about sythe that you may know. And Your comments mean nothing for your just a 16yr old. You have yet to be a part of something big nor have the exp that alot of older gamers have. i have watched forums come and go and i know what makes gold. sythe isnt gold more like bronze yet im trying to make it gold if you get my drift. your 16yr old cocky newborn crybabyness does not help anything. So if your going to get that pissed because i couldnt find the dice clan threads then piss off?? why do you think i couldnt find the damn dice clan topics??? because it have nothing to do with anything else and they should be in a clan section.

We've had two Sythe clans before, one time the recruitment thread was even a sticky, both times the activity died. As of right now, I don't think there will be enough activity to constitute it's own section, besides there isn't much demand. Maybe in the future if the demand increases, but for now, I think it's fine as it as.

 

Feel free to post a clan recruitment thread in the RS2 Minigames and PKing section, but for now I think we're fine without a clan section. The last time we had a Sythe Official RuneScape Clan, it fell to inactivity.

 

I think this is an interesting suggestion and has potential. If it is monitored and enforced correctly.

 

Thanks to everyone that post. You guys make some good points. But just because the clan threads died in the past wont mean it will again. Word has spread tons of people view the forums and dont register an account. Why is that? Well they feel like the official has more to offer. Lets change that. Somebody make a poll and lets find out. Its worth a chance to help sythe grow. The more people the more donations. Lets go!

 

I really don't think the clan aspect of RuneScape is active enough to attract any attention, especially here on Sythe. This is predominantly a black market, so it wouldn't gain much interest at all. As someone that still plays the game, the whole clan aspect is dying for sure, it's all about money now, too much scamming and hacking.

As suggested, the RuneScape forums are probably the place for that.

 

We're not going to be bring in more people based solely on a clan section. I can guarantee that. People don't come to Sythe to look for a clan, or not the majority of the people. As Wulf said we have had a couple of clans to die and there is just no interest in it. It would be a waste of space to add a clan section because first we already have the minigames and pking section where one can easily post a clan thread and a clan section would be painfully inactive outside of the dice clans. It isn't going to bring in thousands of people to Sythe because that isn't what Sythe's niche is. People don't think 'Sythe, I can go there and find a clan.' people think 'Sythe, I can go sell my billions of gold there.' There just isn't the activity and I can guarantee that it isn't going to generate hundreds of members just because we add a clan section.

 

Well no harm in trying. I joined sythe with the intent to create a clan based on botting and making money. If runescape had bosses that drop unique items that only a party of people could kill clans would be much more popular. and instead of woodcutting to improve clan base it should be points from pk. I tried guys i just wanted to help sythe grow. Hell who knows. -0000000
