need help got hack

One of my accounts got hack and it had no email on it and the hacker put his email on it and i tryed recovering it and it says i need the email i got recoverys set but theres no page to recover with all the other info now what should i do ill pay 5m to whoever helps me and it works

 

If you don't have the email or someone has registered one on your account your best option is "[email protected]" it is the fastest replying system because it is the most universal staff position (every mod is active in it).

If your account is a member you will get it back within 3 days, assuming you'be provided the proper details.

Non members usually get their accounts back in 5-7 days.

If you need a lock, you can make a new account and post on forums telling them to lock your account.

In your email tell them you have no history of the email and need it removed, include your recovery questions, date creted, ISP, IP, membership, etc, etc.

if u cant recover it your acc is gone...

 

If you are the original owner then just email Jagex saying that someone has hacked your account, or just go to the forums and post under account stolen or something like that and say that someone has hacked your account and then they will check the IP and everything and if it matches they will send you a recovery forum and bam you got your account back.

 

post on the forums what happened, they will check the logs and lock the account and disable the email, then you can do a manual account recovery to get access to your account once again.
