highly doubt you will find an account like that for that price.
I've sold even a mid level accounts for twice that just for being one of the first made, and had offers on my 137 that fits your post and more for 500M

 

The 130+ is harder to find for that price.

If you don't want to get scammed later you should invest more and keep more because you can always sell an accounts but you can't when you don't have it anymore.

 

I'd be willing to settle on 120+ as long as it met the criteria.
