High Pardon Request

I would like to request from the staff that my high pardon be reconsidered.

I posted a high pardon before explaining exactly my situation and it was automatically denied because of some time issue(you needed to wait 6 months before posting a high pardon?) or something along those lines.

Basically here is what happened: I was accused of scamming an upgrade which was actually a misunderstanding between the user and I. At that time I had sold plenty of upgrades(sometimes multiple at a time) with users going first to me and I had never had a single problem. I immediately tried getting into contact with the user and paid him back (proof is attached to my older high pardon). I had no intention of "scamming" something worth like $5.99(price at the time) especially considering I had multiple membership cards that I was perfectly willing to sell for a fair price. When I saw that I was banned and my initial appeal denied(I wrote it in almost a panic) I made a new account called "lord victor" which I used ironically to help catch ban evaders and report them. I wasn't active on the market on that account and I mostly used it for my own pleasure of posting in the rs2 cheating section. I know that the second offense is almost unforgivable here but I really had no bad intentions when I did it. I honestly just wanted to post around my favorite forums :/

I can not even begin to explain to you the amount that I have matured over this last year. I have changed from a person who would sit around all day doing nothing but playing runescape into a completely different person. I have matured in my relationships, began to put some effort into my schooling, and especially have really reconsidered the person I want to be both on and offline. I honestly enjoyed the time that I had on sythe and would love the opportunity to come back and make a fresh start. I know it doesn't particularly matter to you whether I am allowed to come back or not but but I would really like to be involved here again and I think I have something to share here.

I completely understand the severity of my actions and I also understand the difficulty of receiving a high pardon. I understand the importance of this system as it keeps perm bans perm as they should be in most cases and keeps people from bs'ing their way out of their bans. With that in mind I hope that you will be able to understand where I'm coming from and recognize that I'm being honest and sincere and that I will be nothing but an asset to this community. I am perfectly willing to answer any questions that you might have and I will be checking this pardon daily.
