I have always used the "Log in at the same time" method.

Nice, nice. Normally I just multilogged with rsbot client and runescape itself. But this is really more efficient.

just keep it in secret so noone will report you. No reports no risk

 

Noted that works but it would be a tad bit harder to do on say 4+ accounts.
