Falador tele tabs?!

What is up with them? I sold two over night for 100k each! Cannot buy them on the ge at all.

Any explanation? I thought there was a lot of bots making these tabs? If not someone should be quick and make some, you'll be able to sell them 3k+ each no problem.

Just creating 10 of them which takes only a few seconds will get you 1M!

That's the weird thing, it isn't! I put a buy offer for 20k per tab in about ten minutes ago and they wouldn't buy and those tabs I sold were earlier last evening so I thought it would be over by today :/

 

buying for 1k gets them today, and can't sell over like 800

 

Most likely someone who couldn't be asked to wait to buy them.

They're used to teleport back to Falador from Taverly summoning shop, everyone is trying to get 99 summoning.

 

Although they have always been used in this capacity, so why have they suddenly risen in price now?

 

People want to get Summoning before the update because they fear it will be harder to get it after.

 

Thats quite funny, just shows how impatient people can get and just type in ridiculous amounts until they get one. or what more likely happened, someone instead of putting in a reasonable amount tried to save time and just typed in 99999 for example to get it instantly, and their jaw dropped when the lowest seller was you at 100k lol

 

If you are high enough level though you'd use the piscatoris fish colony obelisk with kyatt though.

 

Some people aren't which is why they're buying the teleport tabs, also you can sell the pouches you make in Taverly, gives you some RSGP back on the spirit shards you've spend money on.

 

running from taverly bank to the obelisk is faster. People can also note the 2nd ingredient and unnote them using the supplies shop

 

Jack and Sum are right. No one runs from Falador to the Summoning shop anymore. Long and slower. They do Taverly or Kyatt.

And who sells shards to get some of their money back? Turning them into scrolls will save loads of money. Pair that with the method where you sell ingredients to the guy, after noting them, and the exp per hour significantly increases and the loss is minimized when compared to selling pouches back (big loss).

I heard Simba was down, no idea for how long or for what reason. And that's where the majority of tabs came from.

 

Ah right, I never knew Simba was down. I'd probably say that would be a main contributor. Although tabs have now crashed back down to med/lower than med.

Meh, at least I sold those two for 200k and a further five for 50k each haha!

 

Lilly, i dont think you know what youre talking about at all to be honest.

on topic, i doubt anyone really knows why it happened. My sort of idea is that
when people bot to make those tabs they probably make a ton of the same ones and it might not be falador that theyre making and not many people sit around and make fally teleports so it probably was a rare occasion where there wasnt a lot of falador tabs being sold on the g.e at that time. Just my
thought lol

I didn't said shards, i said pouches. Read replies before posting.

It's not, it's been calculated that teleporting to falador and running back is a faster method, this is how i got 99 summoning on my Pure along with many others doing it right now.

Making the pouches and selling them to Pikkupstix is a minimal loss in making pouches, teleporting back to Falador and running back saves you four seconds.

Hence why teleport tabs are such a popular item.

 

Well you can do that with anything really, I sold anti poisons for 60k each hahah. When people are in need really fast they just put up a ridiculous amount to get a instant buy
