StmAcc-MW3/Dungeon Defenders/Magicka/Dirt 3

Hello, im selling a steam account with few games in it.
First the products:
1-Modern Warfare 3
2-Dirt 3 Delux Edition
3-Magicka Digital Delux Edition
4-Dungeon Defenders with almost all the Dlcs- there are ore than 15 i have around 10-12 including the biggest one that is 20bucks

The price for the account is 115$ but its not a hard price. If there is a serious buyer we can talk for some discount. The prices for the games are fair, MW3 goes for around 50$ at the moment/ Dirt 3 for around 30, and Dungeon Defenders with the DLC-s that i have is almost 70$ that sums to 150$, not counting Magicka. So 115$ is fair in my mind
