Rs Prodigy - High Pardon

Hello everyone,

I will begin this by posting my original dispute for my ban:

So I was banned for being framed as a scammer when i was clearly trolling.

The images shown in the report against me were only a mere fraction of the conversation that the accuser decided to post to get me banned because for some reason he was out for my blood for some reason which i could tell was obvious from the start of the conversation. I will now post a link to some pics from the beginning of the convo which clearly portray the reasoning behind my trolling throughout the rest of the convo:

Now as you can see, in the very first pic he says he will sell for .7/m and will be going first. I said i cannot do it.

a few things to note about that: obviously no shit .7/m is incredibly ludicrous (first thing that made me want to troll him the rest of the time). ALSO NOTE: he had already said he would go first yet i declined respectfully.

obviously if i was trying to scam him i would have just said yes the second he offered to go first...which i did not. So what, all of a sudden I changed my mind and i wanted to do it for .65/m (which is still ludicrous)? No...obvious troll.

now, in the second pic i asked him if he would do cheaper (which i had a feeling he wouldnt because i already knew this was bullshit) which he denies. I then tell him he will never get that price (because i obviously know it is bullshit). Then after that I already knew the deal was never gonna happen so i just began to make small talk because i am really not a bad dude regardless of what people like him will lead you to believe. Then he just seemed cold and abrupt with the way he talked to me which also made me want to troll. He said he was getting off and would sell irl...to which i simply said "gl, contact me if you would sell for less". He then shows interest again and we begin to talk again.

then from the end of pic 3-pic 5 :

this is somewhat the beginning of my trolling...then you can see finally in pic 5 i asked for a screenshot of the phats just to prove to myself that this really was bullshit as i had suspected all along. Had he been able to produce actual pics or shown proof in game or something I might have actually been able to make a legitimate offer for my normal price of .45-.5. BUt i knew he would not be able to provide proof and he didnt....then he made some bullshit excuse which i called out on the spot. From then on i began full on trolling and the rest was just to waste his time as he had wasted mine.


I feel the evidence here is overwhelmingly in my favor. Please do not let emotional opinion or bias against me weigh in on your decision. I clearly was not trying or going to scam him. I knew there was nothing to buy or scam in the first place and I just feel strongly that the evidence here supports my claim that i was merely trolling thru the rest of it. Please let me know if you would like anything more from me before making a final decision. I am literally addicted to sythe and it would be sad if my time here ended due to some 2012 member with a grudge and a questionable motive.

Now, it has been over a month since I was banned. It seems like over a year as the pain of limited sythe access can be horrendous. After I was shot down on my dispute(s), i finally had no choice but to give up. It was extremely saddening to me as my last impression on the community in which I strove for a good rep, was a terrible one. The staff I once tried to impress, hated me. And everything was just going south for me. But as I said, I had no choice but to suck it up and move on. Over the course of the time that I have been banned from the community, I have had a TON of time to think. I have had been on vacation to North Carolina and Tennessee where I have lived in the mountains and had a lot of time to myself to think about things (not just sythe, but myself as a person, etc.).

Down the line, I came to the conclusion that the true reason I was banned was for my behavior....my inability to remain calm, rather than reacting to a given situation rationally. I was banned for "attempting to scam" sadly, when the reality in my world and my head is that I was merely trolling another user who had made me extremely upset. I trolled excessively to the point where it could hardly be noticed as a troll by the panel of staff that reviewed my dispute. This is the flaw that I am requesting a pardon for....

You can see in my past history by most or all of my infractions that I have said excessively mean things to MEAN people or people who I believe deserve it. Obviously that does not make it ok, however, I have NEVER been mean to someone who does not deserve it. In the past, for the most part, I have been extremely mean to mean people, and extremely nice to nice people. If you see my past infractions and the reasons I was infracted, you will see that they were mostly for my overreacting to a given person or situation. I would curse out scammers, and I would flame out flamers. That is consistent with my claim for the reason i was banned...my excessive reaction.

Over the time that I have been banned I spent a lot of time in the mountains with my family and gf, as i said before. Over this time, I was able to work on myself in this regard because the flaw is one that presents itself irl as opposed to strictly sythe. Historically, I have not gotten along too too well with my family in closed quarters for long periods of time in the middle of nowhere. This gave me a chance to work on my self control and ability to remain calm and collected even if a person was irritating me. Needless to say, I have made a lot of headway over this time.

I came to find out that trolling in itself is also against the rules here according to multiple people. So that is also what I am requesting pardon for. I have deeply regretted it since 30 seconds after I realized what I had done. I was so busy hating on this guy, that i was blinded to the fact that i was letting him set me up as a scammer. I felt sick the moment I realized it. Historically, I have not been a troll and have never had intentions to act as such. But as mentioned, I had a flaw that made me susceptible to overreacting.



Lastly I would like to address the whole issue of me "buying high and selling low". First of all, I never bought excessively high. The prices mentioned in the convo in which i was banned for were mere trolls...obvious even. So that is irrelevant. However I started selling low for like .4/m for like 3m max or something i forget and the reason is simple: some time before I had begun selling for that low I had found someone (his username was "ashez v2" or something) who was doing something similar..he was selling mils for .3/m for like 2m for each customer. It was obviously for vouches and i HATE IT. It made me so angry and that is one of the times that I overreacted... i cursed him out and reported him different times and asked moderators to look into it because it was lame and obvious garbage that he could sell mils .3/m for 2m each customer for obvious vouches. I am the one that pursued him to get him banned. I even am the one that found his previous account and linked him to being a vader. however, the only response i would receive from staff on the matter was that "he technically isn't doing anything wrong. He isn't scamming and even though we don't like it we cannot do anything about it". That kinda upset me. So a little more down the line, mostly out of spite, I decided to do the same and be the same as the guy i once hated. Obviously this was a mistake and one of my overreactions. I have now learned to grow past these trivial matters and be a bigger and better person.


I know that all everyone can think is that I took the convo so far and excessively that it just seems like scamming...but when looking at what I am saying from an unbiased light...it is possible to understand my side.
However, I am not here to dispute the ban...

I am here to request a pardon for my trolling, overreacting and generally irrational behavior at times. I have grown past these things and aside from those flaws, had/have always been a good person inside.


I have over the time I have been banned from sythe conducted at least 1 trade with a sythe member and many playerauctions transactions as a result of having no market access.

not to mention, I had tons of paypal transactions I could have reversed but did not...Because I am not a scammer.

I was a one time troller and had a small personality flaw that has now been worked through and consciously recognized.

I also remained most closely in contact with Zerkerfist throughout my ban who I believe can attest to my character. Heck, before I was banned, I even told him I was going to start working on my community image because I wanted to become staff one day

I also played xbox with DJWeasel until he pawned his xbox lol. He probably could attest to.

I miss this community a ton. If I should be allowed access again, I would not even mind a TWS or even a market ban until I can gain further confidence and trust in my positive intentions. I miss and long even for the community outside of the market.

I do not buy your trolling story for a second. You went as far as to ask him for his WU information, that goes well beyond simple trolling. And who trolls like this anyway? I'm supposed to believe that your very scammer-like behavior is just trolling? Well, I don't. No support
