Get that 99 defence then do.... 99 Firemaking using Bonfire?

I mean, you don't have to go for one 99 then the next 99, but you can switch around.

 

Yeah, i'd do pretty much what Slaught3r said, get def maxed, and 99 FM will help with bonfire hp boost.

 

Defence, the Runecrafting for shure Runespan is the shizz.

 

I'd say get into getting all your skills 80+, then do some slayer for the rest of the charms til 99 summoning while enjoying your unicorn stallion and yak.
