    it's a 90 day program, you just do what's in the video and it's proven to work, it's by far the best weight loss / muscle gaining system if you have a few extra pounds to shed. You simply just watch the video for an hour a day, and you can google the routine for it on-line.
    You do need a pull-up bar, a set of dumbbells, a resistance band and a yoga mat though, but that totals to only about $80, and you can get a pull-up bar that attaches to a door. It's definitely worth the investment, it's a solid program but it takes work, and you HAVE to commit, you'll start seeing results 1 month in, and after 3 months it's incredible.

    The reviews are 100% positive everywhere online, it's pretty much one of the most well known programs. You can check it out on google / bodybuilding forums etc. I personally haven't because I'm slim, but I did use the ab-ripper X and it gives solid results for slimmer people, If i was to ever put on 20 pounds I would jump at the chance to use the program because it's made for people of a slightly larger size.

    My friend has used it as well and the results were unbelievable .

    My healthy eating has continued and today I am doing 2+ hours of activity which will help to burn some calories.

    I did P90x last year (I weighed 160 LBs are 5"6 and it dropped me down to 120.. and I didn't even look big) It's a great program, and I'm actually about to start it up again with my own.. modified touch which will focus more on cardio and abs then arm/chest/etc. muscle.
    You don't need much to start it, a Yoga mat is helpful if you plan on doing the yoga dvd's (yoga is actually really hard), a chin up/pullup bar,and some dumbbell weights. Also some misc things such as something like a chair (some exercises involve using a chair and such.)
    When you start the video it'll give you a list of items for you to use. Also, if you're not a fan of weights, you can use elastic bands instead.

    A word of advice involving your eating.. Do not kill yourself with only healthy food. It's ok to go "hey, I want a ice-cream." If you want one, go get one. It's all about the moderation of healthy to un-healthy food. Look up your calorie intake, find out what that should be and try to eat constant snacks throughout the day. Our body is made to have food every 2-3 hours, not the 3 large meals society has made.

    I'm currently trying to lose weight myself - I just don't have the guts to write about it. I will definitely keep up with this - you, Sir have been bookmarked. Good job, you have my full support and I hope you can lose the weight and keep it off ;)

    I have not I have just been busy with full time work and gym to keep this up to date and also I am going to add more updates in the next 1-2 weeks

    Please don't I don't like taking other peoples money if I haven't earned it.

    Sir, I feel the same exact way about giving my money and taking money... If I or someone else haven't earned it... I or that other person shouldn't get any...

    I went ahead and did it anyway... partially because you posted too late in responding :p... and because I believe you HAVE earned every penny of it, just for simply trying to do something about this ;)

    Im using Isanity deluxe edition.. 10 days now.. My belly doesnt seems to burn, but my legs are stronger, and I feel way better. Keep up bro.. Never back down :)

    Thanks to all of the above means alot. After 4 gym sessions I can really feel muscle growth in my arms and feel much fitter.

    dudeee good luck man! i'm doing the same the hardest part is getting yourself to the gym because after i get there i feel great its just getting there that sucks

    Best of luck with your goals!:) I definitley think planning what you're going to eat during the week, making sure healthy food is always in the house so so don't get hungry and eat something else! :p anyway, all the best :)
