Why CPA guides are not allowed to be sold?

Note: This is a suggestion to allow them, even though the headline is a question.

I just tried to start to sell a guide that is a method to earn with CPA, and it ended getting locked. I read the list of "do not sell" guides, yet I
didn't even think that it might relate to actual CPA marketing.

PTC and GPT are given examples from that list, which are both obviously something that is not worth writing a paid guide about, as they are
self-explanatory and can only be done one way. I understand very well why these are not allowed.

However CPA marketing is nothing like them. It's something so clearly different I just can't understand why it's included in the rule. There's a
million ways to earn with CPA and people make big money with it, unlike with the GPT sites for example. Oh and CPA isn't even a site where
you earn like PTC or GPT, it's real marketing.

And I'm not posting because I got butthurt of my thread getting locked, but because I really didn't understand the reasoning behind this.
Sorry if someone else has already suggested this or if there is a clear reason for this that I missed.

Both are internet marketing that measures click through rate and basically pays for the action of the end-user.

Besides that there are thousands and thousands of free CPA guides and they're easy to find. You really don't even have to know what you're looking for. Check any marketing blog or monetizing forum.
