How to verify Paypal if you're under 18?

Hey, I am 15, but i need to verify my paypal.
I have a debit card. How do I verify it through that(if possible)?
Also, If it asks for my birth date on the card or something, should I lie and say over 18, or my actual age?

 

say ur actual. it shouldn't matter, im 16, just apply it as a credit card, or just add ur bank account.

 

Wheres the option for credit card? I only see banking account and applying to sign up for a paypal credit card.

 

If possible I'd suggest putting it in a parents names if they are okay with it. If you end up limited and your under 18 I'm pretty sure your screwed.

 

I believe verifying your PP account with a CC is only available to other countries like AUS, not US.
