Really had no idea what section to put this in.. >_<

one of my paypal accs got limited and recently funds are available.. [$30].. and I can only withdraw via bank or check..used fake name so can't change to use check method, but if someone withdraws the money to their bank and sends me $20 on pp you can keep $10.. all you gotta do is link a bank acc.. withdraw.. remove bank acc.. your done..

*NOTE: There sometimes is a 1.95 test charge on your bank but as soon as you confirm the charge is refunded*

If your account is ever locked again, it'll ask for previous bank account details on the forum or when you call. You'd have to track down the person who agrees to do this, and get them to give you their account info.

Personally, in the past, I found that when I called before I even reached a customer service rep my account unlocked. Seems that calling in is something enough to unlock it on it's own. If not, you can always BS with the, "Under US/UK law a person has the right to call themselves what they wish." You're legally allowed to use a different name on accounts like paypal.

Just some advice. I hope it helps you.

 

If anywhere, this probably belongs in digital services. I'd lean towards not allowing this at all though due to the risks involved and the nature of the deal.
