What's your best memory PLAYING Runescape?

Best memory is probably getting that well deserved first Bandos Chestplate drop.

 

Selling gold to my IRL friends who had no idea about the RS black market and got them to pay $3/M. Good times.

 

Me thinking im rich while having 10k on runescape ...

oh i have another one. My 2 brothers and i were playing when we just started and he traded a guy 14k (all his money) and was just going to click decline but accidently hit accept and he was literally crying hahahahaha

 

Getting excited over finding an uncut emerald on the floor like the first week I started playing

 

I have quite a few memories of runescape. I remember when I first started playing and went to bob's axe shop and saw a mithril battleaxe or whatever for like 3.8k. I thought I would never get that much money.. haha. But the best memories are probably merchanting in w2 and people playing the game for fun. I felt like a while ago people used to play to have fun, not for xp/hr or gp/hr but because it was truly fun. It's a shame so few people play that way anymore, but the times have surely changed.

Finally earning 1M and calling myself a lucky rich motherfucker until...... yeah. Laughed a little but I was still proud of my accomplishment.

This is for best memories in real life while playing Runescape, not in-game memories.

 

Merching and getting my first purple partyhat back when they were 18M

 

I use to come straight home from School and jump on the computer & straight to runescape i went. Its crazy I still play it because I started at like age 11 or 12, im now 19. But its what I grew up on and i guess those childhood memories always stick around

 

Probably meeting some of my current friends, and having run ins at rev caves while we were all yelling on skype. God we were so bad. Good times.

 

getting my first set of full rune then not being able to wear the platebody

 

Getting dragon claws after lots of flax picking(no i didn't bot back then) , and speccing with them on guards to test them out

 

I just remember all the music I've listened to. I've found a lot of great bands during my time playing Rs.

 

The first few weeks/months of playing where I was so into runescape. I remember I wasn't really allowed on the computer much because I was younger and the internet was dial up and used the telephone line but the music that used to play and the login music still reminds me of it until this day haha.

 

In that case my best memory was staying over my cousins house and playing runecape 12-16 hours a day when we were young. Now they both have quit for years and are in college right now but i am now kinda getting back into it.

 

My friend and I competing with each other to see who could get the highest combat level. We eventually combined forces and worked on 1 account at a time it was awesome. We were so proud when we got 80 combat. Good times
