best places to train for pures?

title says all looking to train atk and str and maybe range i dont do soul wars anymore ive done to much of it

 

Strength / Attack - Bandits - Sara mitre, monk robes, prayer book, climbers, fury, fire cape/kiln.

Range - Skele's in Ape Toll - Chinning - Ranger set, monk top, royal dhide chaps, prayer book, firecape, sara mitre, fury.

 

Rock crabs are good also the last time i checked.

 

i always trained at rock crabs or bandits, bandits is way better though

I always did rock crabs, made some friends, and got lots of levels there.

 

i usually just do SW but ive done it so much it getsold

 

Rock crabs are good at lower levels, when you get a bit higher then do bandits

 

If you have the Frankenstein quest done those experiments are very good training high hp and low defense so ya that's where i train ^.^
