Can Western Union be charged back at all? even 1 % chance?

read title, but i have one more question for people who know and sell on player auctions. when you sell something on PA and they have the fees for it, where do they take their disbursement fee from? do they take it straight from the money that someone paid you for your order or do they take it from your moneybookers or paypal balance?

 

Wrong section but to answer your question, WU does not have a charge back feature.

 

To answer your question regarding WU: Once you pick up a payment, you are picking up cash, therefore making it impossible for someone to "chargeback" since you already have the cash in your hand.

To answer your question regarding PA: PA deducts from your disbursements, not from your paypal or money booker. They do not have the power to charge your paypal or money booker. Even when you owe PA money all they can do is deduct it from your future disbursement payments.
