For once I did it on time

I'm mainly concerned regarding whether the lightning-ish streak fits the rest
Of course I'm gonna resize it etc
Any thoughts?

 

Cool, but the text is a bit plain to me :/+ top right should be faded out at corners.(the flare) and about ur light streak. it doesn't bother me

 

Noam, I love you, but it sucks.

It is way too messy and looks really, really flat. All of the streaks and the lighting just throws it way off.

 

Yeah I'll agree, for the man of your talents babe it could be a lot better. Also the flares and stuff seem to be way too bright.

The text is flat and has no depth to it.
All of the effects look really messy and dont fit well.

 

I don't think it's that bad. Give the guy some credit.

 

Good attempt, way too much going on. Simplicity sometimes is the best.

 

Alot less going on than in the past, I've definitely improved there but I can't think of any ways to really add depth - I've screwed around with it some more but not to much success

 

Just start over with your text in C4D or whatever, throw in a couple simple (Very simple, like square select and then soft brush at the bottom and set it on a lower opacity - or soft brush and smudge type deal - just as examples) effects.

 

Too much light, you should try adding a bit of shadow. I believe everything else was already mentionned!

 

Screwed around with the render quite a bit - it came out alot better this time

Also blurred the background effects some - not sure if it turned out particularly great but it is technically supposed to be done

Hmmm the old one I liked better.. i like lighting though :3

The 'Noam' is really blurry for me, while the sub-text is sharp.
