    Cigarettes and nausea

dude i smoked cigarettes every day of my life since i was 15 apart from like a couple months when i moved and i didn't have anyone to buy them for me. then i got my dad to buy em for me but i didn't smoke as many. don't tell me whether or not i am addicted... if i was addicted i wouldn't want to smoke every fucking day. dude you don't even know me lmfao... and to the guy saying saying "just quit" it's not that easy quitting cigarettes is really fucking hard..

I only ever got mild nausea from cheap ass cigarettes. It went away after about 5 minutes.

It doesn't relieve stress. Inhaling the toxins actually makes your body work harder to heal itself kinda thing, stressing out the body more. What you are feeling is your addiction being nurtured.

Ah fair enough. Manipulating my brain to think that my stress is being relieved but in reality its not.

everything is controlled by the mind so if you think something it's basically true in your world, cigarettes do relieve stress for me that's a fact.

I like how people who haven't smoked are telling you exactly what you are feeling, it does relieve stress and it promotes you to be more social. It doesn't stress the body more, your heart rate increases to get more oxygen. There are obvious downsides to smoking, but people started smoking tobacco for a REASON and that's because it works for what it does.

Seriously if you haven't smoked you can't tell someone that it doesn't work because its simply bullshit that anyone will see through.

This^ seriously, thanks. and it does relieve stress for me, and i really enjoy the fact that you can smoke a cigarette with someone you don't even know and it can be a social thing, you could even make friends with someone through the commonality. people that have never smoked don't know the half of the addictive nature of nicotine. anyone doubting this, go buy a pack of cigs and smoke it, then stop and see how hard it is. i was addicted after like 1 pack to be honest.
