Need ways to get fired

Got a month before I move and work is too far of a drive where I'll be moving to. I work in a restaurant as some of you know, and I am too much of a pussy to tell the manager...

Its not a fast food restaurant but we don't have servers.. I have access to food and I talk to customers.. So tell me how I should get fired..

Write a letter saying your quitting and just give it to your manager or put it on his desk, that way you don't have to tell him and you could still get a reference if needed in the future for a new job. I'm sure you should just tell him, to be honest everyone moves on.
