Hot/Cold hosting help?

I've got just over 100m and I want to host hot/cold. I have a few skillcapes, a high combat (almost 130) and bandos chestplate.
I want to know how to set up my hosting. I guess I'll have to make my own fc. Should I invite friends to join it?
How do I advertise without getting muted?
How do I make people trust me enough to let me host their bets?
Thinking to have a 3m limit to begin with, I COULD buy a h'ween mask or santa to gain trust, but then I'd want to have my limit at around 500k which sort of limits my customer base.
Also, I've never even played h/c before. I understand red/orange/yellow = hot. Blue/purple/pastels = cold. Rainbow = I win by default. But what do I do in the case of white/black? Re-do? Or I win again?
General hosting advice would be appreciated too. Thank you!

 

When black/white is planted it is 3x the betters bet payout i.e i pay you 500k if its black you give me x3 500k which is 1.5m instead of the normal x2. The best way to get started is to stream via Twitch.tv (it's free to create an account) and you should buy the full version of xSplit (around 30$ or £20.00) and then peopl will hopefully watch your stream and start betting. This is probobally the best way otherwise I doubt you'll get much buisness. When you advertise type something like "Hosting flower game" dont write "Legit Flowers" as this is like just no.

Perhaps the best way to proceed for you instead of building up a client base would be to join a gambling clan, at Tera Dyce it's 20m for recruit. White/black is generally whatever you want it to be though most common is x3 win for them or re-do.
