You don't understand the system we live in. Be as judgemental as you wish, but in this system, there have to be poor, and there have to be rich. It also means that the poverty gap will only ever get wider and wider.

Think like a human being, and not a person. Further, let's ignore the fact that even graduates can't get jobs right now. We are after all in a double-dip recession, in the UK at least.

You ignore the fact that on the doll, you don't even get enough money to live off. You think people wouldn't rather work and have around 10x the income?

Sure a single parent with kids might get a bit more, but still they get nothing. How do you expect a mother to work who has young children?

Believe me, working 8 hours a day is nothing, I'd do 18 hour days if I was given a job, you shouldn't feel so hard-done-by, if someone doesn't want a job, it's their own loss. How the hell are they living the life of luxury getting a few quid a day?

Pisses me off too. For me it doesn't matter why the hell they are doing it, or what leads them to do it ( unless mental/physical condition ). The fact of the matter is that they decide to lay around not doing anything and taking money away from taxes (which here in Minnesota taxes are rising). If they decide not to be an active member in society then they should be on there own. Things such as welfare and unemployment (money from taxes) should be given to those who A.) have a low paying job B.) Recently laid off C.) Given they at least are tempting to find a new one. Just my thoughts.

I believe in not judging a book by its covers and that are some who are on the "dole" because of legitimate reasons, but when I know for a fact that they're neither physically or mentally ill and sat on their ass at home on the "dole" instead of being pushed to work like everyone else does then I see it to be unfair and frustrating, but that is their life and so let them life as they wish.

people like you really annoy me. most of these "chavy" or dirtier looking people are often the hardest working people. you know literally nothing about them. and I'm sure you will have these " chavy" people fix your card etc. and do all the work your either too much of a panzy to do or too ignorant to figure out yourself.

also think about it for all you know they may be poorish looking because perhaps they support their entire family by themselves? they might not have had a mommy and daddy to sponge off whenever they needed anything.
