You give the OMM the cash before I take any key out
I trade you the key
OMM gives me cash

If we DONT use an OMM then:
You pay first OR 50/50 if you have a decent amount of vouches

AW on any key is 20M but willing to sell lower if no out bids
AW on all keys is 75M (25M off)
