Ahh, thought that was enough for a ban personally but you got here first Zerker & always good to be thorough. Anyway I temped him.
By the way, that paypal does connect to his Sythe posts.

 

That is fine man, as long as you looked through his posts and found an MSN match, then there is enough evidence to ban him.

It is just my personal style I guess to try and get as much information as possible about the trade that occured, and post it in the report before a ban is issued.
