League Of Legends got the numbers and stopped answering me

I then checked the balance and they were all used up and he hasn't responded so i guess i was scammed feel free to close this bored and if you would like let me know where to file a request for a player ban

 

Later this day SardineChris scammed me. I went first 6$ for MS Points, then he sent a fake code and after i told it wasnt good he stopped answering and ignored me.

 

Pleas explain when this was?
