Scammed by Pontsik.

Ok so i sold him a pin, agreed on two for 17m or 1 for 8.5m. I was never paid, and i gave him over an hour to pay me. Read chat and you can see i clearly gave him more than enough time to pay me and he replied, "soon", then nvr replied back even after i warned him i would report (i actually waited around 25 min after that post)

It seems like you were going to give him two, and then he was going to pay you the full 17M. Seeing as that was the agreement, I suggest you contact him on Sythe (PM), and ask for 8.5M for the first one and be done with the trade.

 

So its ok to take a pin and just wait even though i made it clear i had to leave, not pay me bc i didnt give him 2? i dont see the logic in that.... i cant wait 7 hours for him to need another pin i have shit to do... i believe i gave him more than enough time. You cant see the time in the msn, but he literally did not respond for a whole hour, even though his status was switching every 5 min.. come on he could at least reply. Where is the fair factor here? he took a pin and then said he was waiting on the 2nd... if that was a newcomer you wouldnt give him a chance, i shouldnt have to hunt down the money he owes me when he was just on msn and could have easily paid me... Honestly you have explained nothing... just said its ok to take a pin and then not reply and not pay b.c you agreed on 2 and only got 1... thats still scamming in my books...

I though once i sold the pin i was entitled the money... but obviously if your trusted on this site you can do whatever the hell you want.. thats ridiculous i shouldnt have to wait that long to get money he owes me.. and you shouldn't be defending it... in no way is he in the right yet you defend him..

 

I'm not defending him, as a moderator, I have to look at both sides of the story impartially. It wouldn't really make sense for him to scam you 8.5M, so it's probably just a misunderstanding. However, since it seems that you don't care to get your money back civilly, I'll ban him.
