    2 weeks ago i purchased an account from 'code black' who is currently banned, now the stupid bastard got my account locked, my recoverys got set today when i tried to log in a few minutes ago it say it has been locked, how can i make sure i get it back

    I'm really sorry for your loss, what they have done is truly disgustng in my eyes. In regard to your question, unfortunately it is extremely unlikely you'll be able to recover the account, assuming the user you purchased it from was the creator. Perhaps contact Jagex, although that may not be a good idea since you did purchase the account.

    All in all I apologise for no clear-cut answers, although as much as I hate to say it as you seem like a nice guy, it's unlikely you will be able to recover the account again.

    thank you for response im just upset at the fact ppl can actually do shit like this even after they get there money =( i been playing since 2005 and this was the 2nd account i bought, i really hope they fall and die..

    Well, Mate, if a account is "Locked" it means that Jagex is suspected that you are not the owner, it got locked because "Code Black" or whatever his name was tryed to recover it but didn't have enough information. if you send a recovery appeal to jagex with the current email adress, recs,creation date, zipcode/postal code,first 3 passes are correct then they will unlock it im pretty sure.

    The only way to change pass is by registered e-mail. If you don't have it your recoveries wont work.
    Jagex is not replying on e-mails. I've got same problem.
    Im waiting for their reply for 3 days

    Like said, the original owner can always recover the account back. It's never secure to any buyers, which is why buying accounts is extremely risky.

    the recoveries are set to my custom questions, the password still works but still says account is locked, i literally tried over 15 appeals the all failed

    that means no one can access the account at the moment - including him - until jagex decides whom it really belongs to.

    i received this reply from [email protected] when i attempted to recover the $350 maxed main i bought from PA last month:
    moral of our shared fate: don't buy an account unless you KNOW the owner will not recover it. i'm not sure if jagex has any punishments in place (ban would be nice) for the original owner. by the tone of the email it sounds ambiguous.

    Emailing them 3 times just puts you in a worse position.

    You email them once, there system registers your email and acknowledges it as received. After a few days (depends on how busy there human customer support system is), you will get another email, from their Customer support, non automated outlining what to do.

    As i said before, emailing them 3 times before you get a non automated response just pushes you further down the queue.

    Unfortunately if its his account originally, you really don't have a chance to recover it successfully. He may have given you incorrect information, plus he has the original IP. The original IP wins every time.
    The only thing you can really do is buy from trusted members of sythe next time, or make the account yourself.

    If he's the original owner then chances are he's going to get the account back, not you. I've had two accounts scammed off me (bought one with all my birthday money :p) so i know the feeling. The best way to avoid this for next time is to just not buy an account. Sorry for your loss :/
