Combat beta prod?

Anyone fined the "new pure" yet?

Well here's my idea of what the new pure will be after playing beta for an hour.

I have a feeling the new prod will be high def (75-80-85-99) with relatively low atk/str/range/mage. Something kind of like a boxer.

So the other idea of 99 prayer summoning def and hp would be 101 combat with the new system in place.

+ Your highest stat among: Strength, Attack, Ranged and Magic]
+ 2
----Equals-----
Combat level: between 4-200.

 

Balanced stats with extremely high summoning.
Personally going for 95 summoning on my summoning tank, I think summoning tanks will be one of the most dominating accounts. Having 8000 lifepoints at combat 80 or something with an iron titan has the potential to hit around 1500 and can one hit pures because they will have like 990 lifepoints.

 

I was thinking about making a summoning tank for the new combat aswell, because I'm sure high defense will be key to the new combat style. Would you then go as far as getting turmoil on the account with 95 summoning because prayer no longer effects combat, or if not wanting the combat level from melee at least get 75 prayer for divine?

 

I would say summoning tanks would be your best bet.

Getting 99 Prayer would be something you could do over time, it would never be effecting combat either way.
