Trainer_Charlotte hacked me

I gave pwd to make some crafting for me and he hacked me. Like 30M + items.
I'll post the pics later on with empty bank./

 

Do you have a before and after picture, preferably with time stamps? Somebody cleaning out your account can be very hard to prove sometimes, especially proving exactly how much/what they took.

I also need to see an MSN match please. A post, PM, anything where he states his MSN is [email protected].

We have his IP. That doesn't make a difference. Please try to provide what Zerkerfist asked for.

 

Well actually, the IP is helpful because I can cross reference that to the IP's we have for him on the site, and if there is a match then it proves he was the last person on the account when that screenshot was taken.

Beginner: It looks like your MSN shows the time stamps for each message. Can you show me the VERY beginning of the conversation, right after he added you, so that I can compare the time of the first message to the time of the PM's?

That means you will need to re-screenshot the private message so that it shows the time the last message was sent from below. That should provide an "approximate" window of time that will help us determine if you were talking to him on MSN (if we can't find an e-mail match).

Just adding confirmation that the above IP address does indeed belong to Trainer Charlotte, and only Trainer Charlotte:



* The screen shots of the conversation above seem to end before he started the service on your account. Did you contact him on MSN or Sythe after you got the account back in your possession, when you realized he had taken your items?

If so: Are you able to provide screenshots of the end of the MSN conversation, Sythe PM's, or posts, of when you confronted him about taking your items, or where he has clearly blocked/deleted/ignored you? This would help your case a lot and would indicate he is guilty.
