Minecraft Accounts

This got really long really quick. Initially I left it, but I've now cleaned it up. It may still look like a lot, but compared to the last version, it's really not.
It's also clearly labeled so you can simply read what you wish to know, and skip the rest.

What I'm After:
I'm buying (and accepting, from those very generous people out there) both temporary (like 5 minutes), and permanent access to Minecraft accounts. (Only taking permanent access if you have access to the email, as I don't want stolen accounts; it goes against my morals.)
I'll be willing to pay cash later, and for now I'm offering services as payment for those who desire it.

About My Services:
I'm a very knowledgeable tech guy (have dedicated a LOT of my life to it), and will be willing to help you out in any way I can.
Whether it's trying to port forward, set up a server, make a website, repair a computer, build a computer, or get into the programming world, I would be more than happy to help. (Hell, I'll help anyone for free as time permits, but not necessarily on any big projects, like creating a website, unless it's in return for something.)

I'm also great at creating videos, both shooting and editing. As helping you shoot a video might not exactly work, I'd be happy to edit any videos, and look over any scripts! (Editing will be done in Sony Vegas, and I can pretty much do anything you want -- just no special effects that require 3D models, as I've never implemented them into a video before.)

If will consider helping with anything, as I have talent in many areas, so don't hesitate to ask.

Also:
I realize that access to a Minecraft account may only be worth a dollar or two, and many services may be worth a lot more. (Creating a simple website could easily run $500, for example.)
Know that, I will happily provide services worth more than what I'm getting in return. If I agree to something I won't cheat you; I'm not gonna leave something partially finished, and I'm not going to skimp on the quality. (I'm a firm believer in the fact that your name goes in everything you do, and I want to retain a good name for myself.)

While I may not be willing to do something that worth hundreds of dollars would require days and days of my time, I will definitely negotiate something that plays heavily in your favor.

For Those Very Generous:
If anyone is generous enough to let me use their account for free, I will happily provide you with my personal email, which I check multiple times a day. If at any point you need any tech help, I'll happily help. & If it's something that is going to cost you no matter what, I'll help you figure out the cheapest method and walk you through it. (Never go to a computer shop or hire a tech guy that isn't a close friend or a family member, as you will be dishing out a lot of unneeded cash. Even my rates run quite high, but they're still considerably lower than the rates of others. (And I'm not gonna charge you anything.))

Why I Want Accounts:
Keep in mind this is the very reduced version.
I play on a server which allows all users to have to /sethomes. I own a lot of land and secretly mooch of others. (Nothing that hurts them.)
I have access to 5 accounts, but that only goes so far.

I only require a short time on the account because I'm simply going to go to a location where I need a home set, and setting the home.
I'm also interested in full ownership of accounts because it's nice to be able to change places as I need, and it's nice having accounts that I can xray with.
