Do you believe in God?

Do you guys belive in god? Me being an orthodox I believe in god, but I don't believe that he/she is up there judging all our lives. I think god is within us and if you ask for help he or she will help you. I think that there is a supernatural force within all of us you just have to be careful of what you ask for and it can't be something that outrageous

Sounds like you are treating God like a genie. He judges us when we disobey him (sin). He isn't only judging us though. He tries to guide us towards him, which is towards good. He doesn't want us doing sinful things that will in the end harm us. He wants us to be Godly, loving, compassionate, etc people.

 

That's actually a very good point, god is like a genie in a way isn't he?

 

I honestly do not know.

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.
It's hard to imagine that one person/thing created everything, and I always tend to ask myself "then who/what the heck created God?"
