Advice for a guy with a lot of rares to sell.

Okay guys I have some rares I need to get rid of because I am hard up on cash. I want to sell them all, but want to maximize my profits; e.g. no bulk discount... Anyway I realize this is my first post, I have a full time job so I lack the time to troll the forums, but I gotta get my cred up so people trust me right? Anyway, any advice is appreciated. Also if anyone is looking for ANY of the holiday rares let me know, I have double digits in my bank. I do not want to post any specific amounts before I get a little more comfortable here.

Also...are the majority of the members here from the U.K.? I am from the U.S. and I dunno how that works...

 

Well you don't know for sure if the majority is from U.K. I only have met some people that are from U.K. on this site. But as for selling your rares, yes since your a newcomer and have 1 post count and have no vouches or anything it will be very hard for you to sell your rares because people wont trust you unless you go first and still then there is a chance they will scam you. I suggest you use Playerauctions to sell your rares because then it gives a piece of mind for the buyer that he is buying from a secure website that holds his cash and he can get it back if the trade goes bad and you don't deliver the items. Just go to the items market and make a thread about selling rare's through Playerauctions and i bet you more people will come and buy because they aren't buying from you exactly but from a secure website and your just their supply and delivery man. There is a small chance that the buyer will say that you didn't deliver the items and try to get his cash back, so just in case ALWAYS RECORD YOUR TRADES because you can show the evidence to Playerauctions showing that you delivered the item and that the buyer is lying and you will get the payment. PA has fees; but just check people's vouches before you decide to trade/sell any of your rares. Also, a lot of people chargeback via PP so be careful about that as well. I might be interested in some of your rares if can you provide some proof that you actually own them ^^
