Suspected Scammer/Ban Evader/Name Sniper

I was asked to post this on behalf of radamel falcao and try to seek some little investigation from Sythe.org Mods.

On this thread: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1424684 Lilxpapa claims to be selling the name "CJ". However, both radamel falcao and I did a little bit of research and it turns out that this exact name has been sold on Sythe before (2x to be exact) and both sellers turned out to be evaders/scammers.

On the same thread, the OP then admits that he "Sniped" the name, which last time I checked, isn't allowed here. Either way, if he turns out to be a evader he should be banned of course, but even if he doesnt, he should be banned on the grounds of admitting to Sniping.


Again, thanks to radamel falcao for catching this at first.

 

Unfortunately, there is only one account on the ip and he refers to "sniping" in a legal context. Can't ban without further evidence.
