Reporting Konamacona for recovering account

I bought a steam account from Konamacona about 7 months ago. The thread is here:http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1284493

Everything was good for a while, but then suddenly I couldn't log in and I couldn't look my profile up on Steam. In other words, my account had been recovered.

So I quickly contacted Konamacona by PM. After explaining what happened in a non-accusatory way, he claimed that his e-mail had been hacked and thus it wasn't him who had recovered the account. He did agree that this was probably what had happened.

I realize I don't have direct proof he scammed me, but even if it was what he said and a hacked e-mail, then it was still negligence and stupidity. Which he admitted to over PM.
