PayPal limited me :(

So today I was buying some stuff on eBay after I had gotten paid on the 14th of this month by my company. I had bought 4 items, 3 on eBay and 1 on DHGate. I had one more item to go before I was satisfied with my purchases but I was limited! I have no idea why. My PayPal is in Singapore even though I live in the US and I also changed my address on PayPal to USA. I'm guessing that may be it but I still have $41 on my account. How can I take off the limit?

 

Call PayPal and find out what's going on.

Your going to have to verify that your over the age of 18. Ask why you got locked and maybe try to get them to unlock it.

If not then, you can wait 180 days and then you'll be able to withdraw the funds in it.

 

Shit they are telling me its linked to someones PP through the same IP so I told them I have 8 other roommates in my complex. I just need to submit a photo ID. But I am afraid I'm gonna fuck this up. I gotta make a fake ID in photoshop because I'm only 15. I can't verify my age at all so its worth a hit here.

 

Use your dad or someone who IS over 18...

 

Use your dad's ID, and tell PayPal that the name was entered incorrectly when you registered the account, and you never got around to changing it.

 

I dont think a name as sketchy as hawsxka Nausjal will read as easy as something practically as simple as Michael Johnson (Not my dads name).

 

As long as you confirm that you are under 15, with your parents permission you can open a student account (which is what I would plead in your case). Ask your dad to call paypal directly they are usually very understanding.
