GP King Scammed Me

Briefly explain the trade:I sold him this account http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=11065628 a few weeks ago for 200m, i trusted him cus he was acting really friendly towards me and helping me with my computer build, so i gave it to him in advance as he said he had a botfarm going and he could have my money within 4 days. well after a few weeks i asked him when he was getting the money and he kept delaying it, i checked his posts and stuff and he was selling and buying gold etc, so i don't see why he couldn't pay me. i talked to him on Skype, and i have screenshots of this, and he was telling me about an account he got off his pawn business that was 132 he was training up to 134, i found out this was my account later (my account is 134). so i look at his profile, and he's selling MY account, for 200m, which he hadn't even paid for yet. basically scamming me. i talked to a mod about this and now i'm posting my scam report.

those are all the pictures of me asking him about paying me, and him telling me that he's training up this new account thats coincidentally the same level as mine after he trains it. here's the thread of him selling my account, that he still hasn't paid for yet.

also i dunno if this is already here but here's a screenshot saying he's going to pay me today, when he really has no intention of doing so as he's selling it on sythe without paying me. how come he can afford to get 99 herblore on my account, but he can't afford to pay me atleast some of my 200m? i even offered that he could pay it in small incriments. here's the screenshot of him telling me he's going to pay me, when a few hours later he posted a thread on sythe selling the account that he never paid for.
