I don't know why this guy would refund almost everyone except for a few people then vanish, all he needs to do is refund everyone to get unbanned, pretty stupid to refund most but not all, makes no sense.

 

Managed to speak to him for a couple of mins today, he has basically run out of money to re-fund people with. So that's why we haven't got our money back yet.. But he said he's working on it.
