I'm a bit undecided myself based on the trailers, I loved the first one but I may not like the sequel either because it's simply not as good as the first or I'm too old to be able to relate to stuff like that anymore. There aren't many Disney films that have successful sequel films (Toy Story is one exception), so I'm debating what this one will be like. I doubt I'll go and see it in the cinema unless my younger sister wants to go or a group of friends are planning to see it.

We can't really make this judgement since we haven't seen the newer movie. But, I personally love every movie Pixar has made so far. I liked the teaser, and I'm definitely stoked to see the movie. Pixar recently made Toy Story 3, a sequel that made $1,000,000; they can handle this movie, and I'm sure I'll like it.

The film company who makes these films are called Pixar, they are just owned by Disney. There's a difference between the two, Pixar's films pretty much win "Animated Film of the Year" every year, and the films are very critically acclaimed. The animations studio of Disney is less successful.

I can't believe it's going to be 12 years since the original came out.... geez

I'm going to watch it even though I hate Pixar films now...

I remember this was my generation's film. This isn't this generation's series now that they're coming out with a sequel. Would that make me a hipster ? Despite how bad or good it is, I'll have to see it for myself.

Pixar will deliver, I have confidence. Although having not seen it, Cars 2 is apparently a let down compared to the original.
