Banned for faking screenshots now?

We have been banned for faking screen shots? Our msn is bugged and will not show every person online , we also cant reply to some people on our main msn half the time , as they always appear offline , so we have to use hotmail.com directly to reply on the online messenger on hotmail.com , further more , here is also proof the code was sent to one of the emails he provided , WHICH HE OWNS ALSO if looked!

this is not even funny anymore , why are we being banned for this , we have provided enough proof surely!!
