Legal Marijuana?

Hey, I found this site on the web that sell legal 'weed'.
I have never smoked weed, but I need something that makes me relax and enjoy myself.
I rather not got caught with illegal weed cause a job I am wanting to apply in the future will not let me in if I have ever broken the law.

Kush is legal, weed isn't.

Make sure you're of legal smoking age as well. This stuff can usually be bought as smoke shops!
The taste of Kush is a lot sweeter and usually taste a lot better than weed. As long as you're not mixing chemicals
into the mix then you're not doing anything illegal. I love the smell of it, and if you're looking to "hot box" you're room, this is the way
to go. Plus there are little to no effects of smoking this plant thanks to the lack of chemicals!

Now Kush has a different effect on you then weed as well, so just be aware of that, nothing like K2 though.

I just have a two questions,

What if I got caught smoking this and the police don't belive its legal? Do I need to show them that I bought this from a legal store or something?

If I would buy it online, isn't there a risk that it would get caught when being shipped?

When I say legal smoking age I'm referring to the tobacco smoking age. (18?)

For your question it would be best to ask the website you buy from, along with the 2nd one.

The stuff that actually looks like and has similar names of weed like that stuff there is shit. I walked into a smoke shop once and asked the guy who worked there about it. He actually told me that I shouldn't buy it and that it barely gets you high and also gives you a bad headache. I have 5 or 6 smoke shops around me and I'm pretty sure that only one even carries it.

Now there is stuff that is sold as herbal incense or aromatic potpourri which actually works. The most well known ones are Spice and K2. They are illegal now though and I've never tried them, but you always hear how dangerous they are. They still have a bunch of different kinds now. I smoked them pretty much everyday for 6 months because I was on probation. It's an okay high, but it's not relaxing. It usually even makes me kind of anxious and uncomfortable at first. There are several different strengths and I recommend you avoid the really strong stuff. Smoking too much is very easy to do. Sometimes you can just take too large of a hit and shit goes bad. I've had a few times where I smoked too much and thought I was about to die. I start to black out, then my heart pounds and chest hurts, I start sweating profusely and my hands go numb. This goes on for 15-30 minutes and it's very unpleasant. Now that I can smoke weed again, I don't plan on ever touching the stuff again. One of my friends loves it, even more than weed and he can smoke it non stop without having any problems. I guess I would say just get some weaker stuff and see how you like it, but honestly I recommend you stick to weed if you're looking for something to help you relax.

Just show them the bag and they won't hassle you. Even if you don't have it, cops know what it is. It might look a little like weed, but it definitely doesn't smell like it. They can also test it right there to see what it is, but it probably wouldn't even come to that. I've had it happen a few times and they knew what it was right away.

It's legal, so there is no risk. You're buying it from a legit company that ships all the time.

Uhh what? Kush is weed lol? They use names for that legal bud just to make it sound good. In fact Blue Dream is actually a strain of weed, but Blue Dream Kush doesn't exist.

 

Don't take these people's words to heart. Check your local law enforcements illegal substances. In Alabama, a few more "spices" are illegal rather than other states. It varies.

I also had a bad experience with the spice, seemed extremely spacy, got hot, felt sick. One night I actually threw up and dumped the rest. It was only off of like 2 bowls. It's tab bit more riskier than weed.

 

This is true actually. Just recently they started banning all herbal blends in Georgia. They'll make the main chemicals in them illegal and then manufacturers come back a couple months later with a new and slightly different substance, but still basically the same thing. I don't know how the law works exactly with this stuff, but for some reason it's impossible for them to just make it all permanently illegal. It just happened again 2 weeks for the second time, so it'll probably be another month or 2 before something new hits the market, which will then most likely be illegal again in less than a month. You're just going to have to look up the status of it where you live to know for sure.
