This happened, because all of our hard drives of our database server died all the sudden at the same time.
This means we lost all our forum data, as backups where on those harddrives as well.
We still have the current data of all transactions, as they where on a different server.

The last backup I had, sadly dated from the end of March this year.
This means that we lost every post, user etc since that date!.

Also, all payments made by users registered after that date now would not function anymore.
To those people, please create a topic in billing support and include all of the following details:
Scripts bought (per transaction).
Payment method used.
Transaction id if you know it.
Price paid.
Roughly the date you paid it.
Old forum link of your account, that you can find in your history (very helpful for deleted accounts!): http://forum.epicbot.com/member.php?*******
Email or account id.
Any other info that could help us determine your transactions.


We are very sorry that this happened and we'll make sure it will never happen again.
We currently bought even more servers that will act as backup servers only, so that even if a server dies it will not affect us anymore.
The chances that this could happen was nearly 0, but it still happened sadly.

Yeah if anyone has any questions about it ask me being a former OMMV from there and a active member I stayed in the loop, sucks ass though los over 100 of my vouches from there :/

I was kinda lucky, my acc was a year old so I still have my dung script. Must sucks for the people that lost their scripts/accs.
