Which way to go?

So here's my current stats and the options I could take.
My initial intentions was to go Range/Magic Tank however, realising that maxed out (including prayer) I could level Strength to 99 and Attack to 60 (Claws?) with only a 4 combat level difference.
I'm wondering, is it worth leveling it?
I was thinking the higher the better, the better armour the higher players wear thus higher rewards?

I THINK you should do all ur lvlign before you get defense.. so get 99 range 94 magic or whatever then 70-99 def.. tho you might wanna stay 45 def for a lil bit

or after 99 range 94 magic if you dont want def get 99 str 60 attack, maxed zerker and. still possibly make it a barrows pker

the first option but theres no need to stay 1 atk 1 str, i've seen people with 50 atk and 99 str without it effecting there combat level which sounds pretttttty fun
