Avatar dimensions help

Hello all,

I'm not sure exactly where to post this, but I need help... so I can't be far wrong, right?!

I recently donated $5 to Sythe, and was under the impression that any donations made grants access to the donation center, and therefore the perk manager. One of said perks is a larger avatar dimension size *150x100*, however upon uploading my new avatar, courtesy of Lvl 75 Def it was made non-transparent and squashed to 80x80, the default size.

I have PM'ed Matthew, and await reply.

Any advice?

Pshhhh, maybe if you're really lucky. It usually takes around a week from the first request to get it changed.

Alternatively you can PM a global moderator with the same format to get it done, but be sure to request politely as they're taking time out of their day to help you. Please don't make a habit of it though.
