Best range gear?

What is the best buyable rang gear for level 70 range?
For under 20mil?

And what is that place that you can burst i think monkeys or something that undead for pure exp for mage?

The zombie monkeys you are speaking of are located on Ape Atoll in the dungeon.

 

Bursting doesn't give 'pure' experience in mage, you get the health experience. If you are wanting to chin there also, wear void but use a deflector so you can wear a black d'hide top.
