Briefly explain the trade: I was buying a 90 day rs card that is from a Game store, so that I'm 100% guaranteed the Flaming Skull. I gave him the 50m and he then gave em the code, which was a working 90 day card. But it was not a Game card to give the flaming skull like his post states. I then went to the runescape site on the forums and asked why I didn't get my skull, and it was there that I was informed that the card was bought from a sainburys. This store membership card does not give the flaming skull, which is the only way I bought the card in the first place.

If a mod would like to teamview me and see that I do not have the flaming skull on my account that is fine.

As you can see I will not be getting the flaming skull like it appears. I appear that I did still get membership, so to make things right. If Noss would like to refund me atleast 30m of the 50m, or give me a working skull code I will be happy.

I am going to contact him and ask him to refund at least 25M of the purchase, because a regular 90 day gamecard is in no way worth 50M. If he refuses, he will be banned.

EDIT: A PM has been sent to Noss and I am awaiting a reply, so I will keep in contact with you. I am also posting a warning on his sales thread.

 

I exchanged PM's with Noss and he expressed no interest at all in refunding the users that he sold these cards to for double the price. I PM'd him back with an ultimatum and gave him a few hours to think about it and decide what he wanted to do, and he has been online but with no response.

I've banned him for scamming. If he changes his mind and wants to pay back the people who he tricked and sold these cards to, then he can dispute and we will get the refunds sorted out. Until then, he will remain banned.
