First and foremost; any of the 1 letter names are basically untradable now. If any of them get name changed, they're almost immediately deleted by Jagex because RWT is automatically suspected. And aside from that, people who own these names are well aware of the risk of transferring extremely rare names too. If you're looking to take on another 1 letter that was owned by an existing user without doing a name change, its also very risky because. 1: The risk of having it recovered. 2: The risk of jagex deleting it because of a drastic change in ip, location, ISP, etc.

But to answer your question. "J" is inactive and there's been no sign of it on the market whatsoever.
