'Best' P2P melee gear

So i've been calculating how much RSGP I would need to buy to get the best P2P melee gear that doesn't degrade or need too many quests to wear (Since I got an account with maxed melee that was botted)
Only quest item is helm of neitiznot

Bandos Chestplate - 13m
Bandos Tassets - 11.7m
Amulet of Fury - 5.9m
Warrior Ring - 0.171m
Regen Bracelet - 0.126m
Steadfast boots - 35.5m
Abyssal Whip - 0.566m
Dragonfire Shield - 5.3m
Helm of neitiznot - 0.051m

Totaling about 72m.

I'm just curious is there anything better and should I really spend 35m on Steadfast boots, I can always sell them back though.
Any opinions?

 

get a torso instead of BCP.
steadfast's are too big of a proportion of that 72m to make a huge difference so don't worry about them in my opinion.

What about barrows gloves though?

 

Doesn't torso have worse stats than BCP?
And barrows gloves would require many more quests for me and I'm a sucker at questing :embar:

 

I'm pretty sure they are identical. I have the torso just because I think it looks better.

And yeah same, i hate questing so i also don't have barrows gloves!

Torso I think has comparable defensive stats to a rune platebody, however it does have +4 strength bonus just like bandos chestplate.

 

Get a BCP, not a Fighter Torso.
The defensive stats of a BCP are WAY much better than the Fighter Torso's.
And about the Steadfast Boots, Dragon Boots are good enough

 

Should I get berserker ring instead of warrior ring? I've been reading that the strength bonus outmatches the attack bonus on warrior ring?
